Is Yoga right for you?
Once in a while, your brain might hit you up with the question that is doing Yoga right for you or not? Well, let me tell you Yoga is not an exercise it is a way to achieve calmness.
Yoga does not put emphasis on doing hard work out routines or something which puts a strain on the body.
If you are old or a pregnant woman you should not start with doing technical flexible poses if while doing yoga and your body’s joints are in pain or you are not feeling comfortable then you should stop.
And stretch as much as your body allows. In time you will be able to do more complicated Yoga poses.
If you are still feeling pain then you are doing something wrong just refer to a yoga specialist and yeah don’t go for the fancy yoga parlor.
How often you should do Yoga?
Yoga is wonderful even if you practice it for one hour a day in a week. And soon you will start to experience the benefits of that persistence.
If you keep increasing the time of doing yoga each day then you will see more benefits even much earlier then expected.
Your body will start to make serotonin (the happiness hormone) in greater quantities you will feel much lighter and happier for the day.
That happiness and smile of yours will send positive vibes to others as well and you will walk through your day to day chores inspiring others to do yoga too.
